We have been dealing with the various challenges mentioned earlier (technology iteration, macro-level uncertainty) for many years, and we’ve also invested a lot in technology and done a great deal of detailed work, yet it still feels like we’ve been missing a platform-level way of thinking. In more corporate terms, that means overall top-level design at the level of strategic planning.
